Applied for the role a few months ago and was contacted by a recruiter ~2 months later to complete the online assessment. Following the OA I was contacted that I would be moving forward to the loop and completed it- it was super stressful and while I prepared the entire week leading up you just never know what the interviewers are going to be like as well as the questions (for example I don't recall getting ANY customer obsession LP questions)
Following the loop, I got an email that I could opt-in to the waitlist

Exceptionally thorough. Focused on leadership principles. Met with recruiter, then 1 hour interview, then full day 5 hour interview. Each interview was with 1 individual. All asked questions related to leadership principles.
