Amazon Program Manager interview questions

My interview process was as follows: 1) phone screen 2) Hiring Manager 3) Loop (4 Interviews) *The phone screen was a bit general questions like: -tell me about yourself -why Amazon -tell me about a time you had to accelerate a project, what did you do? And what was the result? *Hiring Manager: The interview was intense and we dived deep into my stories. -tell me about a time when you had to deal with ambiguity -tell me about a time when you simplified a process *Loop had 4 interviews in one day. I was contacted by a member of the recruiting team, then interviewed with an initial recruiter, followed by a hour hour interview with the hiring manager. I was then connected with a sr. recruiter to prepare for final interviews with 5 team members. All were virtual. I opted out to not attend the final round.
