Interview
Descripción del puesto. Explicar tus experiencias más relevantes. Y preguntas de liderazgo que deben llevarse bien trabajadas y estructuradas aportando datos. El último rato me dieron feedback para entender porque no pasaría y me alento a volverlo a intentar
4x 45 Minute Inteviews. The interview process was fairly straight forward. Exactly as advertised from the recruiters. Everything was online. Four back to back interviews with different level employees. All behavioral questions. Overall it was straight forward and easy.

Interview
Received an Online Assessment which tested time management and how you would prioritize stuff on the job. Two weeks later I got an invitation for a final round interview. 2x45 min back to back. First interview, interviewer interviewed me as she was driving. No camera was on and there were long pauses between questions. Second interviewer didn’t show up. They had someone else interview me who knew nothing about my resume or the role I was applying to. I was asked leetcode questions which was unexpected. I got an email a week later saying that due to headcount they couldn’t offer me a position.
