I was immediately thrown to the wolves skipping the HR screening into a interview with a senior member of the team. I was immediately thrown off guard with questions I soon realized I had no business trying to answer. The position was not a fit right from the start.
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including a phone interview and 5-6 person loop. I appreciate the company’s policy in which a recruiter is required to provide a prompt decision.
