Interview
It was a bit random, the hr process was standard.
However, one of my interviewers decided 5 minutes into our chat that he would not even take notes because I guess mentally he had ruled me out.
It affected my interview game honestly because it basically signals he rejected me mentally already.
Besides that, the other folks were friendly and nice.
