I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Cork) in Nov 2016
Interview
First, the process was pretty long (2 months, one between the day of application and the first contact, and another one for the various interviews). The first interviews was a "want to get to know you" type, the HR manager wanted to know my behaviour and if my personality could match Amazon's way of working. The second interview was related to the position with simple questions related to Amazon (knowledge of the company, experience within the activities the position requires...). The "Third interview" was a written assessment. The final interview was a video conference with 4 different persons (45min each - HR, Project Managers), although they pay for the travel and hotel fees in case your presence is needed. Question are pretty basic and simple, the HR are also very comprehensive regarding your needs regarding the interviews (day and time for phone call/Skype) and let you the time to think about the right example when they are asking for real case scenario.
