Amazon Product Manager interview questions

Initial interview was with HR representative. They went right into the details of the entire process I could expect. They were very thorough and direct. It was a positive experience. The second interview was with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the position had already been filled when I had this interview so the conversation was more to determine if I was the right "Amazon" fit. There were many situational questions without much guidance. Overall, the experience was very positive. They certainly prepared you well for the questions in advance and everything was focused around their guiding principles.

I’ve had two different interviews (two different roles) and there is a very specific mold they want you to fit. They want you to know and understand the leadership principles going into the interview, and that mold is built out of that.
