I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process was very thorough. I was asked lots of behavioral questions and given a little bit of time at the end to ask questions. Most of the questions were around the leadership principals but some where around the specific role I was interviewing for. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable in the area that they were interviewing me for.

I interviewed for the role of Product Manager - Customer Insights.
The interview process was generally quick and with a clear path. They do not make you wait for a long time in between different interview stages, and got back with a decision fairly quickly.
I was approached by HR for an online assessment and then a phone interview with an existing Product Manager. The interview took about half an hour, and I did not make it past that round. The interviewer was kind and friendly, despite the questions being on the tougher side.

Singapore - Some of the interviewers were good and some were really bad. There was one who especially had difficulty articulating himself and getting at what he wanted. He had to revise his question multiple times. Overall process took incredibly long and it was tedious to no end.
