Amazon PM interview questions

The interviewer while referring to my resume focused more on why I made the decisions I made rather than what the decisions were. The interviewers spent time drilling deep on each question rather than just asking too many questions.

I had an interview by phone, which was set up after some initial emails back and forth. I spoke with two individuals, one of whom worked in the HR department and the other worked for the project.
