Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

I applied in late 2020, had a phone interview with a small math flow problem and questions from the interviewer; this was very brief and I felt like the interviewer was rushed and didn't have a personal stake in it. I passed that and then waited for a 2021 interview spot to open up. In late-January I was given a writing exercise to complete before a 4hr long virtual interview where I had a math flow problem again and 4x back-to-back interviews on Amazon Chime.
