Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

The interview process for OM is arduous in time. It is a four hour interview with four different leaders and you will do a math test based on a work place scenario. It is best to use the STAR method in the interview and the recruiter will give you most of the information to succeed but you will need good career stories to create your responses.

Phone interview. They asked a lot of high-level questions and soft skill questions. Really geared towards trying to see your critical thinking skills in action in previous roles. Not necessarily questions to see if you would fit with the culture. Seemed to click well with the interviewer though but never made it to a second interview.
