Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

Several people have contacted me for the interviewed and re-scheduled each time. Afterwards, I have achieved a video call meeting. I have been shortly asked, my previous roles, what did I ever achieve and my latest role. I have replied briefly in 5 minutes. Recruitter wanted to end the meeting after getting my answers without any comment, I assume he did not find the required replies at my side. In fact I was fully matching with the defined role and had 15 years of managerial experience at worlds top companies. I felt another mis evaluation by an HR specialist.

Completed an online assessment that involved scenario based behavioral questions that were assessed from a managerial standpoint, 16 metric questions. Overall, there were 4 behavioral sections and 1 metric section.
