Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

S.T.A.R. 100%. Really gotta shoehorn some answers to fit the format as opposed to speaking naturally. At times this detracts from the content of discussions. Amazon loves the STAR though, as you will have at least 3 interviews in a very tight timeframe (mine were same day), and the decision as was quite quick (approx 3 days).

The interview was very case and behavioral based. The interviewer asked good, challenging questions. I felt that I got a good sense of how the team and the company works through the interview process.
