I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (París) in Mar 2017
Interview

On college campus. 2 -45 minute interviews. One was behavioral based and the other was math/operations strategy based. Be prepared to think on your feet. They'll keep changing the variables
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Oct 2011
Interview
I went to the Job Fair and met a friendly recruiter. I told her I was interested in the Operations Internship, though I did not have much experience in the subject/industry. She liked my resume, gave me a call the next day. I wouldn't call it a phone interview, because she just told me all about the Internship. 2 days later, I received a invitation to visit one of the closest Fulfillment Center's from my University. I flew out the warehouse the next week, courtesy of Amazon, with a group of 7/10 people. After 2 interviews (one behavioral and one small optimization quiz), the process was over. Only 2 of us received the offer. It's not particularly tough at all, the only thing I did differently than others is be super excited about the opportunity.
