Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

The interview was very conversational. The expectation was to answer the questions in a STAR format however the conversations and the reading the room mattered the most. I really felt as if the interview was the final assessment as the senior leaders observed how I interacted with people throughout the day.

It was one day of multiple hours of different interviews with various people. It was done online only. Know the leadership principles, use the star method, and highlight your results with data/metrics. All of the questions are situation based. They may ask you about your writing sample if you had to submit one.
