Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

Process was very smooth. Flown out to Indiana for the interview. Started with a math assessment which was not very difficult, followed by a case study and basic leadership questions. If you study the preparation material then you will be fine. First interview was 1 on 1 with the second interview being with both an operations manager and an HR representative.

The process is fast moving. The first interview is an online interview. If all your technology works, they online interview isn't that difficult. Mostly behavioral questions with one analytical response later on that they ask you to elaborate on how you got your answer. The second round interview is an on site interview in your geographical location.
