Used an online tool with a "mock" day at Amazon. Not very intuitive, did not have much actual coding and more of a behavioral interview, with some technical background required.

In Phone interview 30 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of coding. Who wastes 30 min of time on these behavioral questions.
Onsite had 5 rounds. 3 coding 1 system design and 1 generic hiring manager round
