Bad interview process; long gaps with no communication between interviews;

first round was a written test which had 3 question completely based on Algorithms and Data Structures which lasted for 2 hrs. In second round first i was asked about my projects and then he gave me one question to code and ten a series of question and asked me to tell the solution orally, all of them were on algos Third round i was asked abt project first and then a question to code on algos fourth round was same as third round but he was very particular abt questions on my project and the question i was asked to code was difficult than the previous ones
