Interview
I applied for a role and received an assessment two days later. This was followed by a 60-minute phone screen and then a loop interview consisting of three one-hour sessions. After completing all of this, I waited for over three months with no updates. Eventually, I saw my application status had changed to "no longer under consideration" on the portal — without even receiving an automated rejection email.
Overall, I found the communication from the HR team to be extremely poor. Going through such a time-consuming process only to be ghosted reflects badly on the company's recruitment practices. A simple follow-up or closure email would have gone a long way.
