Amazon Manager of Operations interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn because of my "open to work" status. We talked and she encouraged me to complete an application, but the way we had been talking made it seem as though I'd already been invited in for an interview. The communication from there was only more stunted and spread out, and overall I ended up washing my hands of the process before we were even completed.

Preinterview is full of prep emails explaining exactly what is going to happen and how to prepare. At the interview you have four, 45 minute interviews with different people. They ask you about your past roles and ask you to use the STAR method when answering "how would you" type of questions.
