Amazon Manager of Operations interview questions

4 rounds of interview that are held conducted by 2 future peers and 2 bosses. Difficult questions asked with additional probing that comes with each response. The interviewers are friendly, respectful.

Interview process is more difficult than regular ones I have encountered. Four separate interviews with operations Managers, HR, Safety, and other managers all in the same day. Amazon has a special interview process that you will need to prepare for. It is not something you can just wing.
