Smooth easy 4 person interview, 1 by 1. Asked situational questions and had to explain an essay i had previously been asked to submit. Overall good experience with the process

Relatively easy process with HR remote recruiters. The site recruiter may be taken as biased and focused only on last months' experience (in my case a bit smaller team-size wise what his main focus went to) even tho experience from the time before a few months' exceeded requirements in this and few other areas
