I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2021
Interview
Two screening interviews, one was with the hiring manager. Next I submitted two writing documents. Finally I went through the "LOOP", a full day of six 45 minute interviews. I was told they would not move my candidacy forward. No feeback was provided. My advice: get a coach , do alot of prep work and practice with someone. Afterwards, be sure not to sound too robotic. Interviewers are human, they still need to feel excited to bring you on the team.
