I had an amazing phone screen, that was like a screen + an interview, it lasted more than an hour. Then I was scheduled to my loop like 3 weeks later, I prepared a lot and most of the people were super nice and had very good interviews with them, but the last interview was with the hiring manager and this person arrived very late, the other person in that interview told me that she might not even be able to arrive. It was very awkward, no behavioural questions, they even asked about my political afiliation, very unprofessional.
