Leadership Principle based competency questions are asked which is what Amazon believes in. Need to understand data and provide factual examples rather than hypothetical. Prepare as per Leadership Principles which the recruiter will provide and try to be yourself and it is okay to give examples of failure as it will help you to gain trust

What learning do you have from each of your projects
Seven interviews over two days, and I didn't even get the chance to ask questions during most of the interviews. Interviewers are staring at their monitors the whole time looking at the questions they're required to ask.

Leadership Principles questions. A quick Google Search will give you access to many real, often used questions. They use a STAR format response. Situation - what was happening. Task - the specific ask of you. Action - specific actions you took. Result - measureable results.
