Amazon Sr. Project Manager interview questions

I applied to Amazon in October 2015 and didn't heard back until February when they invited me for interview with 2 current Senior product managers from two different product teams. Both were very pleasant and kind to speak with, two 30 minute interviews.

it's all about examples. Amazon has its principlesu (HR send them to you before the interview), they ask you to give examples of sittuations that happened in previous Jobs that they can try to identify the Amazon's principles. And they dig in in each answer you give. You really need to come with lots of examples of situtations prepared and how you acted in each one of them.
