Amazon Manager - Operations interview questions

online assesment round & then interview round which mainly involve one technical & one HR round ,assesments are mainly done virtual & interview process is also occurs virtually. the OA includes aptitude & reasoning & situation based question

The interview was very conversational. The expectation was to answer the questions in a STAR format however the conversations and the reading the room mattered the most. I really felt as if the interview was the final assessment as the senior leaders observed how I interacted with people throughout the day.
