5 interviews, mostly based on situational questions to demonstrate company's leadership principles. Each interviewer 2-4 questions. Interviewers very nice. At the beginning intro about myself. At the end time for questions to them.
the process is very long drawn over 5 hours, which is unnecessary. Interviewers dont value your time and unnecessarily get into stupid questions. Furthermore, I feel like they interview for the sake of getting practice
I had about eight separate interviews, spread out over the course of two evenings, and all focussed on different Amazon core competencies/values, so definitely beneficial to study those in advance and have prepared examples of when you have shown those values
