resume screening → online assessment → 1–2 technical phone screens → onsite/virtual loop (3–5 rounds) covering DSA, problem solving, system design (senior), and behavioral questions based on Leadership Principles → final debrief and offer.

“Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or failed, and how you handled it (use STAR).”

First got an online assessment with LC question, 1 easy medium and 1 medium hard. And then there was simulation section with daily scenarios and what you’ll choose to do. After that 3 hour loop scheduled. 1st round ( behavioral + easy LLD , more of code maintainability question, if u can write clean code and follow a design and explain as well) 2nd round ( past experience and behavioral) 3rd round (DSA- two pointer sliding window question with follow ups)
