2 phone interviews followed by onsite interview. While the people were very professional, the interview was very strange. Most of the people whom I interviewed with had no connection to the role. So when I answered or asked questions pertaining to the role, they either did not understand or it seemed as though they were not on the same page. I was disappointed that the conversations were not more directly relevant to my experience and the position.
