The online interview process begins with submitting an application, followed by an initial screening to assess candidate suitability. If shortlisted, candidates proceed to virtual interviews conducted through platforms like Gmeet, where they interact with interviewers via video conferencing. These interviews aim to evaluate the candidate's qualifications, skills, and fit for the role. Additionally, assessment tests may be administered to assess specific abilities or knowledge. Reference checks are often conducted to gather insights from previous employers or colleagues. Finally, based on the overall evaluation, the hiring team makes a final selection decision. Throughout this process, technology plays a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and evaluation in a remote environment.
