I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Mar 2021
Interview
Applied to Amazon on a whim. Contacted by a recruiter for some general info before passing my application onto the hiring manager. (1) The first interview was with someone from within the team. I thought the interview didn't go really well because I barely prepared so make sure you have your STAR formatted answers. (2) I was a little surprised to move on to the 2nd interview which was with the hiring manager. I also thought that interview didn't go well, especially the situational case study question. Needless to say, I was shocked to make it to the (3) final rounds of interviews which consisted of meeting 6 other people. I prepared only one day before the interview because I wasn't that excited about the job. However, I must say that the interviews were easier than I expected. If I was really hungry for a job at Amazon, I wouldn't prepared a week beforehand. My suggestion to all ya'll is to make sure u have 3-4 DIFFERENT & DETAILED STAR formatted examples of each of their leadership principle.. and I mean DETAILED! Like your answer should take up at least five minutes. Make sure to integrate some sort of analytical metric into your answer because Amazon is all about numbers and results and post-mortems. I didn't put as much effort as one who really wanted the job should've but I was proud of getting it to the final and completing the interview process. Hope this helps!

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Varsovia, Mazovia) in Mar 2021
Interview
Firstly I was asked to complete online tests which were similar to 16personalities test. Than I was logged in to virtual desktop where I have to deal with daily tasks (some analysis question and so on), the formula of it was great because I've felt like in computer game. The next stage was phone interview - 1h. With basic questions about my experience and attitude. Then the third stage was onsite panel with 5 senior managers with questions devoted to 14 LP of Amazon. Good to prepare your answers according to those LP. After a week of waiting with no contact from HR my application changed status for no longer under consideration on amazon.jobs.com and that was it. No word afterwards no phone or mail with a feedback. Unfortunately not customer centric at all. The whole process was tough but great experience and after discussions with all those managers I really got excited about possibility to working in such place. It's a pity that nobody has ever contacted with my after my onsite whole day panel.
