Interview Structure: 3 Rounds, 45 Minutes Each (Virtual) Round 1: Behavioral and Technical Interview • Focus: Leadership Principles (LP), Resume Review, and a few technical questions based on your resume. • Questions: 1. Can you describe a project that you found the most interesting? 2. Can you share a project you initiated on your own, outside of your professional journey or curriculum? 3. Tell me about a time when you took on a task that wasn’t part of your job or responsibility. 4. Can you recall a time when you focused on short-term goals instead of long-term ones? 5. Describe a time when you faced an obstacle and how you handled it. Round 2: Object-Oriented Design • Task: Design a parking lot system. • Approach: Designed classes in Java. Round 3: Coding Round • Questions: 1. Validate Anagram: Solved first using a brute force method, followed by optimization using HashMaps. 2. Group Anagrams: Solved using HashMaps.
