After completing the online assessment and the technical phone screen (TPS), I proceeded to four onsite interview rounds. Each round focused on different aspects of my skills and experience. The process included in-depth technical assessments, where I solved coding problems and discussed system design scenarios. Additionally, standard Amazon leadership principle questions were asked, which evaluated my alignment with the company’s core values and how I have demonstrated these principles in my past experiences. The combination of technical and behavioral questions provided a comprehensive evaluation of my capabilities and fit for the role.
