I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Rigorous interview that consisted of a 45-minute phone screen followed by 3 45-minute interviews with team members before a final decision/offer. Interviews leaned heavily into behavioral questions and consistently probed for more follow-ups, examples, and responses to answers. Essentially 2 hours of interview questions getting asked what the situation was for a problem at work, the task at hand, what you did, and its impact.

Question 1
Tell me about a time something went wrong, what were you doing, how did you deal with it…
Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
