Very lengthy, needs preparation, no feedback. 5-6 interviews total with a panel at the end. First one HR, then 3 from the team you are joining, then hiring manager, one from a completley different department, and a panel at the end for all the ones that interviewed you from the hiring team.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
