Interview
The interview process was time consuming and stretched beyond a month and a half. I went through a pre-screening call, followed by a management/personality online test, meeting with hiring manager and lastly five 30 minute interview sessions over a two day period.

Initial online screening test followed by 1 phone interview (only the name is phone interview, it as on Zoom with the camera on). If you pass the phone interview, there are 5 following interviews in the loop.

Leadership principles with examples that can be prepared beforehand in full, each loop goes through some leadership principles with deep diving questions to drill to the bottom root. Same process throughout the whole cycle
