I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Dec 2023
Interview
Extremely long interview process. First an initial phone call. Then there was the first round of interviews, followed by a second round interview. I made it to the final round, which was six interviews back to back. I had to take time off from work to even attend the interview. The process was simple and technology-wise, it went very well. I found some interviewers to be friendly and conversational, yet others to be a bit aggressive and condescending. Honestly, the process turned me away from wanting to work at Amazon in the future.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (São Paulo, )
Interview

Interview
Following a successful initial HR screening, you have progressed to a pivotal one-hour interview with the hiring manager. This stage is characterized by a high-intensity, rapid-fire format that intentionally strips away "small talk" to maximize the evaluation of your professional competencies and situational judgment.
6 back-to-back interviews - loop round.
Mix of HM, peers, and cross-functional team members. The interview process relies heavily on their leadership principles, with 1-2 curveball questions. The answers should preferably quantify your problem, measurable outcome and what you may have learnt out of it.
