Telephonic interview, asked basic HR questions on team handling, projects, situational questions, six sigma tools, why applying for this job, how much salary you are expecting, are you flexible with shift timings, brief questions on the kind of statistical tools used in projects

What makes you think that you are suitable for the job?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
