Question 1
Did you have any decisions you made with limited view on the end result?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxemburgo)
Interview
First phase was a hirevue interview with an excel assessment as well. Video interview were just behavioural questions where they want to see if you have the LP's. Excel was basically simple calculations, with also Vlookups and Sumifs. Then the final round were two 30min interviews with 1 person each. Mostly behavioural but this time broader questions + follow-up questions. Same strategy as the first one (focus on the STAR method and LP's and you'll be fine)

Not too difficult, Learn leadership principles. They will drill you based on your answers to your stories. Prepare 1-2 stories for each leadership principle, as well as why Amazon? And why that role in particular?
They have 3 rounds. First is an online test, second is an HR call, and third is a call with 2 managers. Overall it was interesting but difficult and took some time.
