Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.

HR scheduled phone interview, then missed it. I emailed her back to ask whether she wanted to reschedule and still consider me, she replied after two days and rescheduled it. Then she missed the interview again. It is really not professional, this HR is wasting my time. I think she changed her mind after sending out the first email or something happened. I am surprised that this kind of thing can happen in Amazon.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
