Firstly you will have to go through a phone interview of around 45 minutes, after you will have to go through two different tests numerical (within a limit time as soon as you start the test)and physcological (to see if your values aligns the company values) and finally if you pass all these interview process you will have to go for an interview of average 4 hours (45 minutes with 4 different people).
