Interview process is very long. its take a long time to really come up with stories that align with all the Leadership Principles. Then you have to ensure they are set up exactly the way they want them to be with there internal method.
The panel of interviewers were all women, diversity was lacking as well. No male interviewers at all.

Initial online screening test followed by 1 phone interview (only the name is phone interview, it as on Zoom with the camera on). If you pass the phone interview, there are 5 following interviews in the loop.

Leadership principles with examples that can be prepared beforehand in full, each loop goes through some leadership principles with deep diving questions to drill to the bottom root. Same process throughout the whole cycle
