Interview
Two online assessments. First online assent is a hackerrank based coding interview where they ask two questions. 1 was leetcode easy the other. seemed like medium. The next part is a behavioural/technical interview where they simulate an SWE interview and ask you to rank different decisions when given a scenario.

Very good but hard interview overall. Pay was great and so was the work life balance. Fully remote and great mentorship. Benefits were also good with 401k match and pto
Three interview rounds are incredibly stressful and draining. They force you to repeat yourself, manage endless scheduling, and perform on demand. It is completely valid to feel exhausted by this.

the interviews were half technical half behavioural with two rounds. it involved standard behavioural questions using STAR (tell me about ...) and technical questions were leetcode style (algos and oop questions)
