Lengthy. Initial phone conversation with HR followed by 1:1 with function then 5 people panel interview. Plus numerical test and written exercise. Extreme investment on applicant side for 1 line of feedback when unsuccessful in role.

Moves very fast and the recruiter/panel is quick to respond. No new questions, everything from LPs. They also want to know about an AI project and a few financial models you built

Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.

Last round was a loop interview of 6 individuals consisting of members of the team, hiring manager, business partners, and bar raisers
