Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (San Francisco, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Pre-Covid I applied through LinkedIn and was notified via email on the updated job application for next steps. Phone interview and then a trip to San Francisco for one night where there were a large group of college seniors who were all there. They would rotate us and you have 2 back to back 45 min interviews. Within 2 weeks I heard back.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Reached out by recruiter via linkedin and conducting a virtual 3 hour interview session with 3 different HR leaders. Standard and generic questions regarding previous experience and questions were asked utilizing the STAR method.
