I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxemburgo)
Interview
Their interviews consist of virtually 100% situational questions, strictly revolving around their leadership principles. Sadly, not much discussion outside of that and no real stages throughout the interview. Their recruiting process for the Executive Assistant position consisted of 7 different interviews, which were all virtually the same interview, consisting of a series of situational questions. They are also known for scheduling back-to-back (1-hour long) interviews.

Question 1
Strictly situational questions based on their leadership principles. These questions are often very specific (the aim is to identify a leadership skill shown in a very specific context) and hence not easy to answer in a way that it ticks all of the boxes as expected by the interviewer
Screening call, five ‘loop’ interviews & HM chat. Loop based on Amazon leadership principles & STAR interview format. You receive plenty of information on how to prepare for the interviews which are back to back and 1 hour each

Question 1
Tell me about a time something went wrong, what were you doing, how did you deal with it…
Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
