I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Praga) in Jun 2020
Interview
I had 2 interviews , one with the Recruiter and second with te Hiring Manager.
With the recruiter I talked around 8 minutes and went fast to the next step. No personal consoderantions, just easy background check questions, stratight to the point and that´s it.
With the Hiring Manager, I got into a phone screening interview, she did not want to see me over the camera, she just asked questions for 45 minutes related the 14 principles and say nothing else. It was super cold, distant and not personal at all.
The overall interview in my case made me feel like a process machine, only results are the true value to defend yourself. Their customer obsession is quite debatable to be honest.
I got rejected throough an email even though I already knew I was not moving further withh more interviews, and in that email they say they cannot give you any give type of feedback than the actual rejection. So again their customer obsession is not there to be found.

Interview
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
