Interview
For me it was slightly different. Firstly submitted my CV, then had some only test ( unfortunately I do not remember details) and as an interview I took part in a hiring day. I arrived there, we had a presentation about the company then group work and finally 2 interviews with the manger of the team and a member from another team.

4 interviews, 2 rounds, each one is 45 mins, 1 month long in total. Must use STAR format to answer the Questions, 100% focus on the 14 leadership principles. they do not provide feedback on why you were not selected.
