Telephone interview and assessment center where you had to work in teams for a presentation then 3 1 on 1 interviews and then a test and presentation on your own.
questions based on Leadership principles, asking about specific experiences with data to provide on the results and outcome of the solutions provided.
Interview lasted around 45 minutes. Several rounds of interviews were expected

phone screen with recruiter - asked regular behavioral questions and some technical skills to gauge my financial skills. recruiter was very nice and shared with me more about the role
Not hard pretty chill interviewers and they asked easy questions about finance and my resume did not take more than 30 minutes and left plenty of time to ask questions
